A word on equivalents
A Bulgarian ООД looks like a French SARL or a British Ltd, but it isn’t one. So I keep the original form (OOD) with a translator’s note, rather than a false equivalent that could mislead a judge or a bank. Same principle for institutions and registration numbers.
What you send me stays with me
I do the translation myself, with no subcontracting. No confidential document ever goes into a public AI tool. Files are deleted 12 months after delivery, or sooner if you ask. If your legal team needs a non-disclosure agreement, send it with your request.
