Who translates
Behind Flash Translation, there’s a translator. Just one.
I’m a sworn translator for Bulgarian and French, based in Marseille’s 11th arrondissement. I also translate into and out of English. When you write to me, I’m the one who reads your message, and I’m the one who signs the translation.
What “sworn” means here
I’m a sworn translator (expert at a French court of appeal). In practice, that means I can certify that a Bulgarian ⇄ French translation matches the original, and French offices recognise that certification. The title is protected by law, and experts are listed on public registers.
What certification doesn’t do: it doesn’t make a document valid, doesn’t replace an apostille, and doesn’t oblige any office to accept it. It confirms that the translation says exactly what the original says.
Why “Flash”?
Not for speed. A flash is the moment everything comes into focus. That’s what I try to give you: a clear answer about what you need, and a clean translation. Turnaround times are realistic, and you get them before I start.

Bulgarian ⇄ French: sworn or professional translation, whichever you need. English, into or out of either: professional translation, without certification. The site is in all three languages for the same reason: you should be able to read the terms in your own.
How I work
Price before work. The quote is firm: you pay the amount you agreed to.
Names checked twice. Passport spelling, dates, numbers: that’s where applications get stuck.
No public AI for your documents. I sometimes use support tools for terminology or checks. The translation itself is done and reviewed by me.
Files don’t hang around. Deleted 12 months after delivery, sooner if you ask.
What I don’t do
Better to be clear from the start.
- I don’t issue apostilles or legalisations. The authorities of the country that issued the document do that.
- I don’t promise that an office will accept a document. I tell you what’s usually asked for. The office decides.
- No simultaneous conference interpreting.
- No languages other than Bulgarian, French and English.
- I don’t promise overnight delivery. Urgent jobs are discussed, and only taken on if feasible.
